产品与技术
HYDROFLOTY是一种我司独立开发出一套污泥去除系统，是我司提供的众多设备之一。适用于处理各种性质的含漆废水，水基，溶剂基，和粉末性油漆等等。
喷漆室的循环水幕存在两个不可避免的问题：
分散在水中的油漆颗粒由于其高附着力，容易导致泵、喷嘴和管道堵塞和结垢。
循环水注定要成为废水，因为包含大量有毒物质（溶剂，颜料，金属氧化物等，须通过昂贵的净化处理，
HYDROFLOTY 污泥去除系统通过对含漆废水加药混凝，气浮，使漆渣完全成泥并从系统中去除，清水返回至喷漆室，完美解决了喷漆室含漆废水的处理问题。
设备可根据客户要求进行定制，完美匹配客户喷涂车间，并基于工业4.0完成智能化设计，对于公司生产部门员工而言操作简便。
蒸发器：蒸发器是利用蒸发原理，针对工业有机污水、高盐度、高浓度的特点设计的污水处理设备，能够很好的将污水处理并将其实现高标准再生回用，达到污水“零排放”。此设备为处理水基液体的蒸发器。利用真空效应和热泵技术来实现在低温下煮沸液体。
物理-化学反应系统：根据废水的类型,工艺用水或排放限制的要求，该处理系统的设计和规划由意大利水力专家完成，结合高技术设备的使用。废水再利用同样是可能的，除了膜和过滤系统。系统可按要求设计为全自动或半自动。这些处理系统适用于大量生产废水的项目。
PT系统（物理-化学反应器）：PT系统是一个对废水进行间歇性处理的系统，通过顶部加药并搅拌对废水进行物化处理，泥渣由底部锥形口自动排放。
溶剂回收机：溶剂回收机，利用蒸馏原理，通过加热蒸发溶剂变成气态，蒸气进入冷却系统液化流出，这样就回收到洁净的有机溶剂。从而使废、脏、旧有机溶剂再生，循环再利用。既节省大量采购成本，又减轻对环境的污染。
反渗透系统：反渗透系统是一种纯水制备装置。运用膜分离技术，能阻挡几乎所有溶解盐和大分子有机物，只允许水分子透过，反渗透膜的脱盐率达到98%以上，广泛运用于海水淡化，工业纯水制备，饮用水制备和中水回收等领域。
水处理化学药剂：我司同时与大学合作，自主研发生产各种创新性水处理药剂，包括混凝剂，絮凝剂，高分子电解质等。所有药剂无任何有毒有害成分，天然环保，纯度高，用量低。
其他设备：离子交换脱盐系统/土壤和地下水修复，过滤和吸附系统。

This device is an evaporator for treating the water-based liquid. Using the vacuum effect and heat pump technology to achieve the boiling of liquids at low temperatures.Physical-chemical reaction system: Depending on the type of wastewater, the process water or discharge limit requirements, combined with the use of high-technical equipment. Wastewater reuse is equally possible, except for membranes and filtration systems. The system can be designed as fully automatic or semi-automatic as required. Not only save a lot of procurement costs, but also reduce the environmental pollution.Reverse osmosis system: Reverse osmosis system is a pure water preparation device.
