CENTRIFUGAL FINISHING MACHINE
This is a finishing machine that uses the centrifugal force which occurs while the axis are rotated at high speed by attaching a hexagonal barrel tank in the symmetric position of the turret. When the turret is rotated over 60R.P.M, the centrifugal force and pressure are produced in the MASS within the barrel tank. The barrel tank that was designed to rotate in the opposite direction against the turret can do the finishing work in a short time by producing strong pressure and friction during engineering works mixed with the barrel media in the most distant inner wall of the circumference by the centrifugal force. The centrifugal finishing machine is good for small products, so it can do delicate finishing work in relation to precision products. It can do the finishing on super-small components or small products which can easily be broken
