Frontline Products

Muffle Furnace

The box electric furnace is ideal for the oxidation of samples that produce a large volume of gases. With a maximum injection temperature of 1000°C, the furnace features a double-walled outer case ensuring no heat transfer to the exterior surfaces even at high temperatures. The product includes a vent hole for exhaust functionality and incorporates safety features like short circuit protection, overcurrent blocking, and overheating prevention. Optional add-ons include a programmable controller for step-by-step temperature and time settings, or a real-time recording device for operational temperature monitoring.

Tube Furnace

The tube electric furnace creates an oxygen-free environment within a quartz tube containing the sample. Suitable for CVD processes and annealing, this furnace has a maximum injection temperature of 1000°C. Its convenient design allows for easy access to monitor the sample status, while integrated safety measures include short circuit and overcurrent protection, along with overheating prevention.
